Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is HMBL Group Pty Ltd trading as Herb Wholesalers (“Herb Wholesalers” or “the Promoter”), located in Armidale, NSW, Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The Herb Wholesalers September 2026 Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for entry.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers of Herb Wholesalers with an Australian delivery address who place an eligible order during the Promotion Period.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors and members of management of HMBL Group Pty Ltd trading as Herb Wholesalers, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Customers will automatically receive one entry for each eligible order placed with Herb Wholesalers during the Promotion Period.
No separate entry form, promotional code or social media action is required.
For example:
- One eligible order during September = one entry;
- Two eligible orders during September = two entries;
- Three eligible orders during September = three entries.
There is no limit on the number of eligible entries a customer may receive, provided each entry relates to a separate genuine order placed during the Promotion Period.
Entry is automatically recorded using the details associated with the customer's order.
5. Eligible Orders
An eligible order is a genuine order for Herb Wholesalers products placed during the Promotion Period at the normal advertised or agreed selling price.
Orders may be placed through Herb Wholesalers' usual ordering channels.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full, fraudulent, duplicated for the purpose of manipulating the promotion or otherwise deemed not to be genuine purchases will not be eligible.
Normal Herb Wholesalers ordering conditions, pricing and minimum order requirements continue to apply during the Promotion Period.
No additional fee is charged to enter the promotion.
6. Prize
There is one prize to be won.
The prize consists of:
- 1 × ETA 3pc Wood Salt & Pepper Set, 15 × 7.5 × 12cm – Olive
- 1 × Herb Wholesalers Pink Peppercorns – 50g
- 1 × Herb Wholesalers Black Peppercorns – 100g
- 1 × Herb Wholesalers Pink Himalayan Salt – 100g
The prize is supplied as one complete prize pack.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If an item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with an item of similar or greater value.
7. Draw
The promotion is a game of chance.
Following the close of the Promotion Period, all valid entries will be compiled and allocated an entry number.
The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator.
The draw will take place on 1 October 2026 at Herb Wholesalers, Armidale NSW.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the winner.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Herb Wholesalers order.
The winner may also be announced through Herb Wholesalers' website, email marketing and/or official social media channels.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.
Herb Wholesalers will never require the winner to provide credit card details, banking details or make any payment in order to receive the prize.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the selected winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within 7 days;
- is found to be ineligible; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,
the Promoter may conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries to select a replacement winner.
10. Prize Delivery
Delivery of the prize to one Australian address is included.
The Promoter will arrange delivery once the winner's eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays or delivery issues occurring as a result of incorrect information supplied by the winner or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
11. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry and the validity of the corresponding order.
The Promoter may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that an entrant has:
- provided false or misleading information;
- attempted to manipulate the promotion;
- created artificial or non-genuine orders for the purpose of obtaining additional entries;
- engaged in fraudulent activity; or
- otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected by Herb Wholesalers in connection with an order may also be used for the purposes of administering this promotion, determining and contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Herb Wholesalers' applicable privacy practices.
13. Social Media
The promotion may be advertised on Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms; however, entry is obtained by placing an eligible order with Herb Wholesalers and does not require engagement with any social media platform.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform on which it may be advertised.
14. General
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding the validity of entries and administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter prevent the promotion from proceeding as originally planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Any material change to the promotion will be communicated through Herb Wholesalers' website and/or official communication channels.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
