Built for distillers setting up a new gin or scaling a recipe that's working. Each botanical is packed and labelled separately, so you set the ratios.
Juniper Berry, 10 kg
Pine, resin and a clean bitterness. The backbone of the spirit, and the botanical you'll go through fastest.
Australian Coriander Seed, 4 kg
Grown in Australia. Bright citrus with gentle spice. It lifts the juniper and carries the lighter aromatics.
Angelica Root, 4 kg
Dry and earthy. It adds body and helps hold the aromatics together in the finished spirit.
Add an Australian native
Choose a native in 250 g to trial, or 1 kg for production. Select it from the tabs above.
- Lemon Myrtle: intense, fresh lemon. A little goes a long way.
- Mountain Pepperberry: pepper heat with a dark-fruit edge.
- Strawberry Gum: sweet, berry-like eucalypt leaf.
- Roasted Wattleseed: coffee, cocoa and nut. Suits aged or darker styles.
- Native Lemon Grass: softer, greener citrus than lemon myrtle. (back soon)
