We don’t offer samples. Our products are available to purchase in a small size start of 250g which is perfect for sampling.

There is a minimum spend of $30 excluding Freight. Herbs are listed in quantities starting at 250g which is a great size for sampling.

Please choose carefully. If you receive the wrong product please contact us, within 10 days, at [email protected] or 02 6772 1827 and we will happily send the correct product at no cost to you. .

Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, or don’t perform as advertised, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.  You will need to notify us within 10 days.

If you simply change your mind e.g. ordered cut when you wanted powdered, please contact us at [email protected] or 02 6772 1827. You will need to notify us within 10 days.  We are unable to exchange opened products.  The cost of returning the product will be yours plus the cost of shipping the exchanged product.

All refunds will be made using your original payment method.

For optimum shelf life we recommend the botanicals be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

If kept correctly they have a shelf life of up to 12-36 months. The best before date is stated on each label of the botanical.

The team at Herb Wholesalers are not qualified Naturopaths/Herbalists. Please seek medical advise from your own qualified practitioner before using these products. Do not cease taking any prescribed medications or use these products in combination with existing medication until you have spoken to your own qualified practitioner. We deliver products Australia Wide using Australia Post and Courier Services. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.
