Also known as sel gris, this natural sea salt is produced using traditional methods, where Atlantic seawater is guided into shallow, clay-lined marshes and naturally evaporated by the sun and coastal winds.
Its soft grey colour comes from contact with the clay beds during harvesting, giving the salt its distinctive appearance and natural mineral character.
