Product Details
White quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is a nutrient-dense seed traditionally cultivated in South America. This grade has been cleaned and mechanically selected to ensure consistent quality and suitability for food manufacturing, foodservice and further processing applications.
Quinoa is valued for its mild, slightly nutty flavour and light texture when cooked. It performs reliably across a wide range of commercial and culinary uses, from ready-meal production to large-scale catering and plant-based formulations.
