Preparation Guidelines

  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove natural saponins.

  2. Combine 1 part quinoa with 2 parts water or stock.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 12–15 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and allow to stand covered for 5 minutes.

  5. Fluff with a fork before serving or incorporating into recipes.
