Raspberry Leaf

Raspberry leaf is perhaps most well-known for its use in supporting women's health, particularly during pregnancy and childbirth. Rubus idaeus, which is the botanical name of Raspberry leaf is also used to support menstrual health. It is believed to have a regulatory effect on the menstrual cycle and may help alleviate menstrual cramps, reduce heavy bleeding and promote a regular menstrual cycle. It can be consumed as a tea or taken in supplement form.

Sometimes Raspberry leaf can be used as a digestive aid. It is believed to have astringent properties that can help tone and tighten the digestive tract, potentially reducing symptoms such as diarrhoea, bloating, and cramping.
